Dream Wedding - Elegance and Luxurious Glamour at Babington House

Ever since I was a little girl I dreamed about... dresses. But I didn't really know how much my dream would evolve and how real it would become. To design and make the perfect dress is just half of the journey. For a real bride to chose this dress is the biggest privilege. This is why I'm so excited to share today the most beautiful wedding I had the privilege to be part of, creating the dream...

The Venue

Layla & Shaun tied the knot at the amazing Babington House, an 18th century luxury hotel and member's club in the heart of the Somerset countryside. Usually wedding planning starts with the search of a perfect venue and if that's the case a country house should be on the top of your list. The luxurious decor, stunning surroundings and yet the sense of homeliness is perfect combination of style and comfort.

The Photographer

"Layla & Shaun are sweet, incredibly caring and make you feel calm and energized all at once. Their day at Babington House was bathed in Spring sunshine and lifted with a soft breeze that made everything magical.

It was a day of warmth and celebration and of the most beautiful details. Their feather theme extended from an incredibly delicate engraving inside Layla’s ring to the elegant table plan. Layla looked breath-taking in her bespoke Margo Stankova dress with

delicate Indian lace Manolo Blahnik's, and Shaun so suave in bespoke Jack Bunneys  pale grey suit with champagne tie. As a fan of asymmetric design, Flowers by Passion‘s floral arch in the chapel door was a real highlight of floral design.

My favourite type of celebration, they made everything so personal. Their families gathered from all over and their puppy Mr Wellington came along to join in the fun. It was a gift to witness such heartfelt moments. Glimpses and smiles to crazy wild partying, I have a feeling that Layla and Shaun’s marriage will follow the pattern of their wedding day – loving, joyous, thoughtful and a lot of fun."

I wish this amazing couple a marriage even more beautiful than the wedding! And a life light as a feather, a reminder of the connection between

heaven and earth...
